Articles, newsletter issues, talks, the book, and other content are owned by Emerson F. Braun unless stated otherwise. You may read, share links, and quote short excerpts with attribution. Do not republish or resell the content without permission. Open-source projects linked from the site are governed by their own licenses.

The newsletter is free and sent by email. Subscribing requires a valid address that you control. You can unsubscribe at any time with the one-click link in every email.

The book is free to download. Downloading it adds your email to the newsletter, as explained when you download it. Any optional tip is voluntary and handled by Gumroad.

Do not abuse the signup forms, attempt to disrupt or probe the site, scrape it at a harmful rate, or use it for anything unlawful.

Content is provided for general information and education, as is, without warranties of any kind. Technical and career advice may not fit your situation; use your own judgment.
